I was brought up on a wholesome, Mediterranean diet, and I am grateful to my parents for keeping processed, sugary foods out of my diet in my early years of life. Our family gatherings were always centered around great meals, more like feasts, so my love of food has been life long and evolved into an interest in Nutrition. I took this interest further when investigating how to help manage eczema that I had through out child hood when I embarked on my journey to become a Naturopath. It has been a very rewarding and privileged experience working in a clinic as the process of learning continues. I find myself on a journey with the individuals that I have seen over the past 20 years, learning from their experiences as well as imparting any information I have soaked up along the way. More recently I find myself teaching more formally to Naturopathic and Nutrition students and once again, I love that the learning is both ways. So this is my life journey; learning, teaching, loving and sharing.
